Copper Branch is a 100% plant-based, international restaurant chain and we are relatively new in the Netherlands. We want to put super delicious, plant-based, healthy, and sustainable food on the map. We are looking for a Shiftleader who wants to go on an adventure with us!

What will you do as a Shiftleader?
You will work as one of the managers in our beautiful restaurant that is open seven days a week from 10 am to 9-10 pm. You are the example and, together with the team, you ensure that the guests of Copper Branch have a fantastic visit. You master all the tasks in the restaurant and take on the associated responsibilities. You are a coach for the team and support your team members to do their work optimally. You are easy to get along with and communicate in a pleasant way with the team to achieve the goals together. Your team makes the visit to Copper Branch an unforgettable experience!
You work as a coach and show interest in your team members and what they are up to. You know how to motivate and inspire, give space and trust for your own initiative. You are an example for all your colleagues. You have the SVH Social Hygiene Diploma (or are willing to get it), managerial experience is not a must.
