What will you do?
As a restaurant manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. You lead the team and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the team
- Managing daily operations and scheduling
- Monitoring quality and stock levels
- Onboarding and guiding new colleagues
- Improving hospitality and service standards
- Contributing ideas for growth and optimization
Who are we looking for?
- Leadership experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not a must
- Strong communication and social skills
- A coaching and motivating leadership style
- Flexible and solution-oriented
- An eye for quality and detail
- SVH Social Hygiene certificate (Sociale Hygiëne) or willing to obtain it
