About Copper Branch

At Copper Branch, everything revolves around flavourful, 100% plant-based dishes, great service, and a warm guest experience. We're a growing restaurant concept with an energetic, hands-on team that works together every day to deliver quality and a great atmosphere.

You'll work alongside your colleagues in different areas of the restaurant. One moment you're helping a guest at the counter, the next you're in the kitchen or making sure the restaurant stays clean and welcoming.

The role

As an All-Round Team Member, you and your colleagues are responsible for making sure the day runs smoothly. You help out wherever needed and make sure our guests feel welcome and leave with a smile.

You don't need to know everything from day one. We'll teach you the different areas of the restaurant, so you become more independent and all-round over time.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly service
• Help guests choose their order and answer questions
• Take orders and prepare drinks
• Prepare and serve dishes
• Assist in the kitchen and with food prep
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy, and welcoming
• Make sure guests are happy and step in wherever needed
• Support your colleagues and help keep every shift running smoothly

Who are you?

• You're welcoming and enjoy working with people

• You're flexible and happy to help wherever needed
• You take initiative and get things done
• You have an eye for detail and quality
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• You're available for 8-16 hours per week
• You can also work evenings and weekends
• Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
