You'll work alongside your colleagues in different areas of the restaurant. One moment you're helping a guest at the counter, the next you're in the kitchen or making sure the restaurant stays clean and welcoming. Leadership here means being on the floor, not above it.
All-Round Team Member
Haarlem, 8-16 hours per week
Do you love staying active, working with people, and having variety in your day? For our location in Haarlem, we're looking for an enthusiastic All-Round Team Member to join us for 8-16 hours per week.
The role
As an All-Round Team Member, you and your colleagues are responsible for making sure the day runs smoothly. You help out wherever needed and make sure our guests feel welcome and leave with a smile. You don't need to know everything from day one, we'll teach you the different areas of the restaurant, so you become more independent and all-round over time.
What you'll do
• Welcome guests and provide friendly service
• Help guests choose their order and answer questions
• Take orders and prepare drinks
• Prepare and serve dishes
• Assist in the kitchen and with food prep
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy, and welcoming
• Support your colleagues and help keep every shift running smoothly
Who are you?
• You're welcoming and enjoy working with people
• You're enthusiastic, reliable, and committed
• You're flexible and happy to help wherever needed
• You have an eye for detail and quality
• You're available for 8-16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required

(Assistant) Manager /Shift Leader
Haarlem, full-time
Are you a hospitality talent who loves working hands-on and taking responsibility? For our location in Haarlem, we're looking for an (Assistant) Manager / Shift Leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading a team, and wants to help us build a strong location.
The role
As an (Assistant) Manager / Shift Leader, you're a key part of the restaurant. You work actively on the floor while making sure your shift runs smoothly. You guide and support the team, keep an overview during busy moments, and make sure our guests have a great experience. Depending on your experience and ambitions, you can start as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager, with the opportunity to grow toward Restaurant Manager.
What you'll do
On the floor:
• Actively help out in the kitchen, service, and at the counter
• Guide and support the team during your shift
• Monitor quality, speed, and guest experience
• Solve operational challenges quickly
and practically
• Coach and motivate colleagues,
leading by example
Beyond the floor:
• Help with scheduling and daily planning
• Manage stock levels and place orders
• Handle cash and shift reports
• Take on more responsibility for daily operations over time
Who are you?
• You have experience in hospitality; experience as a supervisor or senior team member is a strong plus
• You can lead a team calmly and clearly, even during busy periods
• You're guest-focused, energetic, and
solution-oriented
• You take ownership and see what
needs to be done
• You're flexible, including evenings
and weekends
• You're ambitious to grow toward
